The career progression of all our staff, including Partners, is important to us. As we move into new markets and anticipate changes in current markets, we need people who can adapt to change and who are keen to push the boundaries of their own knowledge to help us maintain our leading position and reputation.

Whilst it's true that we need leaders, the opportunities extend wider than leadership. There is a multitude of opportunities available to develop your career, from being involved in our cross-department special interest groups, undertaking an overseas secondment, working on a committee to drive a legal or non-legal activity or undertaking pro bono work, through to following new market leads and/or becoming an industry specialist in your chosen field.
