Training in Hong Kong
Our training contract lasts for two years and includes two seats in our Wealth Planning and Family practice areas, with the opportunity to go on a six months secondment to our London office. You will be assigned a seat supervisor for each seat who will provide you with work and be responsible for training, monitoring your performance and offering feedback. You will have two appraisals in each seat where objectives are set and evaluated. Many of our trainees stay with the firm upon qualification and a significant proportion of our partners trained at Withers.
