The interview process

We have a two stage recruitment process.

1st Stage - the first stage consists of a 40 minute interview with a Partner and a 50 minute written test.

The interview will be based on the information provided within the application form. The test is to ascertain whether candidates have good writing skills and in particular that they can communicate well in written form under pressure. Candidates must do well in both the interview and written test to be invited to the second stage of the process.

2nd Stage - at the 2nd stage, candidates undertake a 10 minute presentation followed by a 40 minute interview with two Partners. The presentation topics from which candidates can choose are based on current affairs.

Candidates who can speak a foreign language fluently may be asked to demonstrate this skill at interview.
